The Proposal

Website Setup / Framework & Branding $1,500

This is the setup process of initiating your site.

Installation of all necessary plugins; ie: salient, wordfence, limit login attempts, gravity forms, etc. Getting the site functional by implementing proper navigation, maps API, google analytics, customize header and footer, page transitions, navigation features, etc. Branding the site by implementing an updated logo, comprehensive branding pallet, color scheme, site icon, favicon, social linkage, etc. Along with many other elements too intricate and extensive to list.

This project can be completed within 30 days.

Main Site / 5 Pages $1,500

Pages are priced at, on average, $300 per page. Because of the screen size cross-compatibility of modern sites, it’s challenging to explain price per page. But the way we explain a page is any amount of visual content and text that can fit on a typical computer screen (1920 x 1080) with three screen-sized up-scrolls (meaning whatever can fit on 3 screen-sized spaces of digital real estate).

Business Card Design and Pre-Press $150

This inludes a one-time cost for design and pre-press file set up. (premium cards can contain up to 10 files for production) Future card orders will not include this.

Quantity 1000 / 32 pt / matte suede lamination / straight edges to accomodate rose gold foil edges / embossed rose gold foil logo / rose gold contact info on back in the lower blue area / spot uv elements on rear / delivered within 14-18 business days of final art approval

Ultra-Premium Cards – Option B – Cost $450 per set
Quantity 1000 / 32 pt / matte suede lamination / rounded corners / metallic copper colored edges / rose gold foil logo / spot uv elements on rear / delivered within 14-18 business days of final art approval

High-End Cards – Cost $200 per set
Quantity 1000 / 15 pt silk lamination / matte front with yellow gold foil logo / rounded corners / spot uv elements on rear / delivered within 7-10 business days of final art approval

Brochure Design and Pre-Press $450

This inludes a one-time cost for design and pre-press file set up. Designing a brochure is essentially like designing a condensed anolog version of your website and it takes time to do it right. Future brochure orders will not include this.

Brochure Printing $250

Quantity 1,000 / trifold layout / 8.5″ x 11″ / 100lb gloss book / full color both sides

Let’s say you go with the Ultra Premium Cards Option B, the total investment for your project would be $4,300 if you wanted to do it all. Again, I understand that you are not exactly prepared to do it all, so we can go by section if you like. Either way, now you know the breakdown. Please let me know what questions you have. I always create an invoice in advance to expedite the process and to show you how you can do the same from your site to future potential clients. If you are prepared to move forward, I would need a 50% deposit to get this project underway. (That is if you want to move forward with everything. If we are doing only the cards for now, I would need payment in full prior to sending your cards to production and I can edit the invoice to reflect whatever you decide.) After you click on View Invoice, click on pay by credit card, and the payment box will reflect the total amount of the project. Simply change the amount to half and click pay. The 3% credit card convenience fee can be avoided by paying by direct account transfer (ACH), check, or cash. If you wish to pay by ACH, check, or cash, I will revise the invoice and remove the convenience fee. The balance will be due within 30 days along with, of course, your complete satisfaction.
